Health Insurance

You can also get travelers health insurance for your entire family.  You will need to maintain a residence (at least a mailing address) in the USA if you choose the travel insurance route to your medical insurance coverage in Brazil.  Keep in mind that Brazil does have national health care, which offers free coverage for all.  Most affluent people in Brazil prefer private health care facilities, which are higher quality than national health care.  Insurance will facilitate the use of private health care facilities, if you choose that route.
